How to Smoothie?
Here you'll find the basic principles to always make the perfect and heathiest smoothie
In short any smoothie recipe is quite simple:
- 1-2 Cups of some kind of liquid (Pure water, coconut🥥 water, any nut/seed milk)
- Half full with any leafy greens (Kale, Spinach, Arugula, Dandilion🌱, and so on…)
- Half full with fruits (Preferably lots of berries🍓 and and less sugar dense ones)
The full list of course very long, sometimes I add up to 40-50 different ingredients to my smoothies, but its purely optional, if you follow the basics It’ll always taste amazing!
