My Thoughts

🌱 One wrap is always to small for my ingredients, so this time I tripled them up 😀 In volume, it’s the same as before, but split into 3 and thus thinner 🙂

🌱 I prolly have forgotten a few here and there, I’ll watch the footage back and when everything is done, it’s gonna be on my website in full

🌱 A big video is about to release within a couple of days, stay tuned, been editing that all day today 🙂

Ingredients

WRAP

  • One jar of Sprouted & Fermented Chickpea
  • Half a cup brown flax seeds
  • Garlic and Onion Powder
  • Fresh Curcuma
  • Carrot
  • Spices & Powdered kelp

FILLING

  • Sauerkraut
  • Red Cabbage Microgreens
  • Sorrel
  • Red Sea moss
  • Basil
  • Green Onion

How to make

Prepare and Wash

Prepare and wash all the ingredients.

Blend

Throw all the Wrap ingredients and spices into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

Spread

Spread it all onto a non-stick dehydrator sheet, form your desired shapes, a circle, or a square. the larger the better later on to wrap all of our fillings.

Dehydrate

Dehydrate on 118F / 45C for 4 hours per side, 8-12 hours in total.

Filling

Take it out from the dehydrator, fill it up with your fave. fillings, wrap it all up, and enjoy!
