💜 Let me present – 🌱 Chickpea Chia Wrap 🌮 /w mainly microgreens
🌱 Also, the pineapple will give us some more protein digestive enzymes, I feel like it’s a good combo with the chia, and all the greens, they are very high in proteins 💪
🌱 I’ve successfully fasted 2 days on only juice🥒, yaaay🥳, and plan on continuing so from the next day onward as well‼️
🌱 You guys will have to excuse me for this meal, I’ve planted a week ago lots and lots of microgreens, and I cannot let them go to waste, gotta build some muscle from them! 💪
🌱 All in all, pretty simple recipe, here it goes:
🌱 Chickpea Chia Wrap 🌮

- Total Time30 min
- Yield2 Sheets of Raw Wrap
- Serving Size1 Wrap
- 1 Cup ground Chia seeds
- 1 Whole Jar First Sprouted then Fermented Chickpeas
- 4 Medium tomatoes
- Spices: Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Black pepper, lil’ salt
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- Green Onions
- Fresh Dill stems
- Sh*tload of microgreens
- Red Onion
- Pineapple 🍍
How to make
Prepare and Wash
Prepare and wash all the ingredients.
Throw all the Wrap ingredients and spices into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Spread it all onto a non-stick dehydrator sheet, form your desired shapes, a circle, or a square. the larger the better later on to wrap all of our fillings.
Dehydrate on 118F / 45C for 4 hours per side, 8-12 hours in total.
Take it out from the dehydrator, fill it up with your fave. fillings, wrap it all up, and enjoy!
