🧡This turned out absolutely delicious, feel free to give it a try, the bread🥪 itself took less then 30 mins👀 to make, and being around 4-6 hrs in the dehydrator it’s perfect consistency, make it in the morning, perfect lunch or dinner!

Bread🥪

💜Raw Bread: 🥪

  • 1 Cup Flax
  • 1 Cup Water💧
  • 3 Cups of Carrot and Cauliflower
  • 1 Medium Red onion
  • 2-3 piece of Garlic🧄
  • 2 big handful of Spinach 🥬
  • Oregano
  • Black Pepper
  • Red Pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Cilantro
  • Little kelp
  • powdered mushroom
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Fresh Celery – Half a stick

Fillings Variations

  • Sweet Cheese🧀: Almonds + Irish Moss + Stevia & Erythritol + Lemon Juice
  • Savory Cheese🧀: Almonds + Irish Moss + Lemon juice + Pink Himalayan Salt + Parsley

How to make

Bread

Blend all the raw bread ingredients together, spread it out onto a nonstick dehydrator sheet, and dehydrate for 6-8 hrs/side, I have a detailed raw bread-making guide available for download in the store which talks about the ins and outs of this throughout multiple pages long.

Assemble

Blend all the cheese ingredients on high for 60s, combine well together, garnish to your liking.
